Full judgment

1. On 5 th September 2025, the Tribunal issued case management directions to Appellant, requiring the company to provide submissions in relation to the Respondent’s application to strike out the proceedings under Rule 8(2). The date by which that direction was to be complied with was 22 nd September 2025. It is now 10 th October 2025 and there has been no response from the Appellant. 2. The previous directions notified the Appellant that a failure to comply with that direction may result in the matter being struck out under Rule 8. 3. I am satisfied that the Appellant has been given an opportunity to make representations in relation to the proposed striking out of the appeal, and I therefore strike out this appeal under Rule 8(3)(a) for failing to comply with the Tribunal’s previous direction. 4. The Appellant may apply for the proceedings to be reinstated, but any application must be submitted on form GRC5 and must be received by the Tribunal within 28 days form the date when this decision was sent to the Appellant.
