Full judgment
1. The Appeal is struck out pursuant to rule 8(3)(a) and (b) 2. As this decision has been made in the absence of the parties, the parties are permitted to apply, in Form GRC5 (for the attention of District Judge Watkin), for the Tribunal to reconsider this decision at a hearing. REASONS 1. By the Case Management Directions dated 30 July 2024 (the “CMDs”), the Tribunal ordered that the Appellant must by 14 August 2024: “Provide a request for an extension of time and the reasons why the notice of appeal was not provided in time to the Tribunal” 2. Paragraph 4 of the CMDs clearly provides that failure to comply with the direction above could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal. Signed: District Judge Watkin Date: 11 November 2024
