1. By directions dated 17 March 2025 Legal Officer Haji warned the Appellant that this Appeal could be struck out on the basis that there was no reasonable prospect of the Appellant’s case succeeding, and gave the Appellant an opportunity to make representations in relation to the proposed striking out. 2. No representations have been received from the Appellant. 3. For the reasons set out in the directions dated 17 March 2025, the Tribunal considers that there is no reasonable prospect of the Appellant’s case succeeding, and accordingly that the appeal should be struck out.
